Stephen Davies

A native of Fort Lauderdale Florida, Stephen now resides in Asheville, North Carolina with his family.  He began his career in financial services over two decades ago.  After completing all of the licensing programs in North Carolina, he began his career cold calling and knocking on doors.  Those early years taught him the power of hard work and building relationships. He went on to meet Andy Albright and became a part of the Alliance. This was a major turning point in his career.  It was with Albright and the Alliance that he learned the power of team building and developed a major hunger for leadership and desire to help build leadership qualities in others.

He went on the become the youngest $1,000,000 a year income earner in the history of the Alliance at age 24 through personal sales and team building.  His passion for the business is driven by his love of helping clients as well as building leadership qualities in those he leads.  As he leads TDG into the next chapter of it’s growth, he travels extensively to stay connected with his team.  Giving back to the community is a passion that drives him in building the business.  He enjoys skiing, playing ice hockey and golf, as well as fishing on the ocean.  The Davies’ are avid sports fans and love attending live sporting events together.
